That makes it seem like you’re the one with the issue when in fact what’s happening is society inflicts a visibility penalty on womxn.

THAT is what we’re dealing with.

You are not defective or lacking the visibility gene.

You are navigating a baked in systemic penalty and that takes skill.

It’s not going away... but we don’t have to let it win.
