Alexandra Franzen - Muscle + Heart (Portland in January)

I started 2017 with this beauty. We had an absolutely magical day - I can't seem to ever say enough about how much I adore this woman.

Her heart, her humor, her inside + out beauty and her way with words (both yours and hers) all make for a truly phenomenal human being.

I'm so excited that this year she's offering a few in person retreats (and yes, I will be there)!

The retreats are aptly named "Muscle + Heart" (of which she has an abundance of both) and will be a beautiful mix of movement, rest, good food, writing, conversation and deep self care. hmmmmmmm.... You can learn more about them here.
