Vocati Sessions With Theresa Reed: 5 Reasons I love The Tarot Lady
Over the last almost 5 years I’ve had the opportunity to photograph Theresa Reed and her book babys multiple times, (once I even had her grown human baby in front of my lens for a minute).
Loving Theresa came fast and easy and as the years have gone by my love and our friendship has only grown.
Recently Theresa wrote her 4th book, and I found myself once again utterly inspired by her creative prowess and so here I am sharing with you photos from our sessions and 5 things I love about Theresa Reed AKA the Tarot Lady.
When I seek out a Tarot reading to support a decision I’m making, or to gain insight on my plans and goals, I have two primary needs, first I need accuracy, and second I need filter-off honesty. Theresa brings both in full force. She has helped me and my family navigate housing decisions and business decisions and is always trust-worthy, honest, and doesn’t hold back.
Theresa is a stellar example of work ethic, stick-to-it-iveness, and offering value to her clients and customers. Seriously, the woman has been doing this for 30+ years - she hones her craft, she refines her processes, and she consistently nurtures and delights her clients. If you’re in business for yourself, or really if you do work of any kind, I highly recommend you follow Theresa’s work and inspire your own excellence.
One word - reliability. If Theresa says she’ll do it, she does it. If Theresa says she’ll make the thing, she makes the thing (hello 4 books in 4 years)! I don’t know about you but I find reliability divinely sexy.
She’s just real. Theresa is one of the most no-BS humans I know and for me this is hella valuable. I deeply appreciate down to earth, straight forward, take me as I am kind of folks and Theresa gives is all of that.
I think Theresa’s secret magic ingredient may very well be her heart. She might eye-roll at me for saying so but listen, the woman is pure gold and her kindness is very much a verb. She is an action sort of lover. In other words, she doesn’t just send love and light, she creates it, shares it, fights for it, stands for it, and embodies it.
So there you have 5 of the many things I adore about The Tarot Lady. If you haven’t worked with her or read her books, I clearly and completely recommend you do. Work ethic, skill, kindness, honesty, reliability - everyone of Theresa’s offerings are infused with this important medicine.
